e-Points is the largest customer rewards platform in Jordan that was launched in January 2005. The network has approximately 100,000 cardholders and over 350 network partners consisting of the leading retail, hospitality and service outlets. e-Points' mission is to provide businesses with a customer loyalty and rewards platform that will bring them closer to consumers for improved performance. Cardholders, on the other hand, will benefit from the network by redeeming their e-Points as they shop within the network.

OFFTEC's greatest asset is its people. The Group did not become one of the leading business solutions companies in Jordan without investing substantially in the people who execute its business.
The recruitment process is demanding and stringent, selecting only the most qualified people to join OFFTEC's highly skilled team, and with an expectation that they will continue to grow and develop during their time at OFFTEC.
The Group invests heavily in ensuring all team members are certified to the highest levels, with regular evaluations and training scheduled throughout the year to guarantee they are up-to-date with the latest industry practices. Although a regional company, OFFTEC demands a world class level of proficiency from every individual employee.
